AI Course in Bolgatanga — Learn Practical AI for Work in the Upper East

A learner working on a laptop during a practical AI training session

AI is already deciding things in your working life. The bank scoring your loan application, the software screening your CV, the systems your NGO's donors now expect in every proposal — they are running whether or not you understand them. The question is no longer whether to learn AI; it is whether you learn it before or after it costs you an opportunity.

Until now, learning it meant Accra, Kumasi, or online courses built for other people's contexts. We are changing that.

Practical AI for Work — the course

Two weeks. Evening sessions. Hands-on, on real tasks. GHS 500.

This is not a theory course and there is no mathematics. Every session, you use AI tools on the actual work you do:

  • Writing — letters, reports, proposals and minutes drafted in half the time, in your voice, properly checked
  • Research — getting trustworthy answers fast, and learning to spot when AI is confidently wrong (it often is — knowing when is the real skill)
  • Spreadsheets and data — summaries, calculations and clean-ups without formulas you'll forget
  • Documents and design — presentable flyers, posters and slide decks without a designer
  • Your profession, specifically — teachers leave with lesson-plan workflows, nurses with documentation helpers, NGO officers with report-writing pipelines, traders with customer-message templates

Sessions run in the evening so working people can attend. Cohorts are kept small so nobody hides at the back. Every participant leaves with a personal toolkit of AI workflows set up on their own phone and laptop, plus a certificate of completion.

Who teaches it

The course is taught by our founder — a senior AI/ML engineer who builds production AI systems for financial institutions, originally from the Upper East. The difference matters: most AI training in Ghana is delivered by people who learned the slides last month. You will be learning from someone who builds these systems for a living and explains them in plain language — English, with Gurene and Kusaal where it helps.

Also available

  • MS Office + AI (6 weeks, GHS 850) — for administrators and officers who want deep Office skills with AI built into every workflow
  • Graphic Design with AI (6 weeks, GHS 900) — finish with a real portfolio
  • On-site team training for NGOs and businesses (1–3 days, from GHS 2,000 per group) — tailored to your organisation's actual workflows, delivered at your office; see our organisations page

The first cohort
