I'm worried about sending money to someone I can't see. How do I know it's safe?
It is the right question to ask, and we would rather you ask it. You pay a 50% deposit to begin — never the full amount up front — and the balance only after you have approved the final proofs. Every quote is itemised in writing first, official fees are shown separately from ours, and we send photo proof of the printed materials at the funeral grounds. You are never asked to trust blind.
How do I pay from abroad?
Mobile Money (MTN MoMo) and bank transfer today; card payment is coming soon. We take a 50% deposit to begin design, and the balance only after you have approved the final proofs.
How much time do you need?
Ten days before the funeral is comfortable. Seven is workable. Less than that — message us anyway; we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Do you understand our funeral customs?
Yes. We are from here. Frafra, Kusasi, Nabdam and Dagomba funeral protocol — the order of events, the titles, the things that must be said correctly — is exactly what we check for you.
What does it cost?
It depends on quantities and materials, so we quote each funeral individually on WhatsApp — itemised, in writing, before any deposit. Full packages typically start around the cost of a good funeral cloth.
